PURPOSE: A pulp mold system is shorten drying process time by performing a dehydration process before a drying process of a mold, and to improve productivity of a product efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A pulp mold system includes the following steps of: arranging a first lower molding mold(20) on a first pulp bath(10); protruding the first lower molding mold with a cylinder(21) to the surface of a first pulp bath; arranging a second lower molding mold(40) on a second pulp bath(30); protruding a second lower molding mold to the surface of the second pulp bath with the cylinder; transferring an upper driving mold(50) arranged to the top of the pulp bath to a first transfer cylinder(55); mounting a lower drying mold(61,62,63) on a driving frame(60) arranged on a side of the second pulp bath; transferring the driving frame by a second transfer cylinder(65); arranging the upper drying mold on the top of the lower drying mold; and elevating the upper driving mold on each cylinder. |
