PURPOSE: A method for producing a D-pynitol is provided to treat salt during cultivating bean sprout and massively produce D-pynitol. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing massive D-pinitol comprises a step of treating salt for two days after seeding bean sprout for three days; a step of seeding 20g of Pungsankong (place of acquisition : Korea seed association) in a special container for plant culture; a step of culturing the bean sprout at 37°C and 80% of humidity for five to seven days; a step of providing water through sprinkler; and a step of maintaining the bean sprout at same temperature and humidity.
