PURPOSE: A spilehole forming apparatus is provided to prevent damage to the cutter blade by preparing a groove corresponding to the cutter blade. CONSTITUTION: A spilehole forming apparatus includes a first block(20) and a second block(21). A punching type cutter(10) having a hollow is provided on one side of the first block. The second block may overlap with the first block. A pin(40) is provided at the location corresponding to the hollow of the punching type cutter and is inserted to the hollow of the cutter. The pin is supported by an elastic member to be movable in the longitudinal direction. |
