PURPOSE: A diet cake powder composition and a preparing method thereof are provided to improve the activation of bowel and to reduce body fat. CONSTITUTION: A diet cake powder composition is composed of 1.489-30wt% of wheat flour, 15-17wt% of modified starch, 14-16wt% of powdered fat, and 8-10.5wt% of tasting powder. The diet cake powder composition comprises 6-8wt% of soy protein powder, 6-8wt% of albumen powder, 5-6wt% of inulin, 5.735-6.5wt% of condensed whey protein powder, 2-4.5wt% of sodium hydrogen carbonate, and 3-5wt% of chiaseed. The diet cake powder composition is comprised of 2-4wt% of tasting powder, 1-1.5wt% of Garcinia cambogia shell extract powder, 1-1.5wt% of calcium lactate, 0.5-2wt% of sugar fatty acid ester, and 0.3-1.5wt% of anhydrous citric acid. |
