PURPOSE: A motor controller of an air conditioner using distributed power is provided to drive the air conditioner by using DC power generated from various energy supply sources, thereby efficiently using energy. CONSTITUTION: A motor controller of an air conditioner using distributed power includes a DC/DC converter(310), a bidirectional DC/AC converter(320) and an inverter(340). A DC/DC converter converts DC power supplied from the outside and outputs it to a DC terminal bus. The bidirectional DC/AC converter converts DC power of the DC terminal bus into AC power and transfers it. The inverter converts DC power of the DC terminal bus into AC power by a switching operation.
