PURPOSE: An optical joystick module of a portable device is provided to achieve display effect on the optical joystick itself and to improve the appearance of the portable device. CONSTITUTION: An optical joystick module of a portable device comprises a cover plate(10), a light guide(20), a holder, an LED, an imaging unit, an image sensor, and a lighting member(70). The cover plate is touched with a subject touches. The light guide is fitted to the cover plate. The holder is combined with the cover plate and has an accommodation space inside. The LED is installed on the outside surface of the holder and radiates light towards the subject. The imaging unit is installed inside the holder and images the light source which is refracted from the subject. The image sensor receives the light source delivered through the imaging unit and calculates it into a displacement. The lighting member emits light. |
