<p>The pad has an arcuate brake pad retaining spring (20) including two insertion ends (26, 27) that are detachably connected with a brake pad carrier plate (10). The retaining spring produces a spring force that acts in a direction of a plane of the carrier plate. The retaining spring has an arcuate center section (21) that is curved at a radius and has a concave side directed towards the carrier plate. The end (26) has an arcuate end section (22) that is curved at a radius and has a concave side directed towards the carrier plate. The latter radius is less than the former radius.</p> |
