The present invention provides a method for preparation of polyether ester polyatomic alcohol. The present invention also provides a method for the preparation of polyols based on fatty acid esters and starter compounds having Zerewitinoff-active hydrogen atoms and the use thereof for the preparation of polyurethane materials.
