<p>The invention relates to a finger tip tactile display meant for the access of blind persons to information processed by an electronic computer, to the process for making and using the same. According to the invention, the process comprises some cells (B) with some plasma actuators (C) of low electric power for the relief display of Braille characters and analogous graphic works to be applied to big lightweight and cheap display monitors or to small display monitors used in cellular mobile or classic telephone sets, for reading black-and-white books, to fit out a white stick with partial obstacle view means. As analogous representations exhibit reduced randomization of curved lines, there can be made relief alpha-numeric analogous representations meant for finger tip tactile perception, with 64 plasma actuators (C); the alpha-numeric applications can also use cells (B) with 6 or 8 actuators (C).</p> |
