The crossbar (1) has a machined zone extending along a longitudinal direction of the crossbar in case of a frontal shock on a vehicle to form a fusible zone (10). The fusible zone permits the crossbar to accompany rotation of a front foot assembly (7) to avoid slug between the front foot assembly and the crossbar. A section of the fusible zone includes a round part at an interior of an engine compartment of the vehicle. The fusible zone is located at a front part of the crossbar and against a front edge of the crossbar.
