PURPOSE: A sporting tool for the lower body is provided, which can make the hip raised by concentratively strengthening gluteal muscle and pelvic muscle. CONSTITUTION: A sporting tool for the lower body includes a main body, a rail member, a movable footrest member, a rotary footrest member, and a rotation control member. The main body(10) has a handle member arranged in the vertical direction. The rail member(20) is installed in both sides of the main body by being concavely formed in the established curvature. A movable footrest member(30) is installed to be mobile in the rail member around the main body by being combined with the wheel bracket equipped with a plurality of casters. The rotary footrest member(40) is installed to be rotatable in the top surface of the movable footrest member. The rotation control member(50) makes the rotary footrest member selectively stopped within the set angle.
