PURPOSE: A rack assembly and oven having the same are provided to determine the same distance between food and a heater positioned at the upper and lower surfaces regardless of the kind of a rack. CONSTITUTION: An oven comprises a rack assembly(100). The rack assembly includes a mounting part, a drawing part(120), and a rail part(150). The mounting part is inserted into a mounting groove formed in the cavity. The drawing part is drawn from the inside of the cavity. The height of the upper side in which food or a container in which food is contained is placed is the same as the height of the mounting groove. The rail part guides the drawing part.
