PURPOSE: A digital image processing apparatus and a control method displaying the shake of an image are provided to store information displaying the shake degree of the image and determine the shake degree of the photographed image. CONSTITUTION: A digital image processing apparatus includes a hand shaking correction module(250). The hand shaking correction module senses the vibration of hand of a user. The hand shaking correction module amends the vibration of hand. In the photographed image, an extent is determined it shakes of an image by the vibration of hand of a user. The image in which it shows an extent it shakes is indicated on a display screen(262).
