PURPOSE: A distributor for cold water and warm water is provided to increase the arrangement amount of base bars, and to improve space efficiency without inconvenience due to an installation space by adding an inclined angle on the distributor. CONSTITUTION: A distributor for cold water and warm water includes a hollow case(10), a main pipe(20), and a branch hole(20a). The main pipe is installed at an inner side of the case, and arranged on an adjacent location each other. Four surfaces of the distributor are formed to be inclined. The main pipe includes one or more empty space in which the cold water or the warm water is supplied. A plurality of branch holes are formed on an inclined surface of the main pipe.
