PURPOSE: A piston slap prevention structure for a vehicle engine is provided to prevent slap which is colliding with the inner wall of a cylinder due to shaking a piston which vertically reciprocates. CONSTITUTION: A piston slap prevention structure for a vehicle engine comprises a piston(10), a connecting rod(20), a piston pin(30), and a reverse rotation preventive device(40). The piston reciprocates inside the cylinder. The connecting rod is installed at the lower part of the piston. The piston pin couples the piston and the connecting rod. The reverse rotation preventive device is installed inside the piston pin and prevents the reverse rotation of the piston using inertial mass at the movement direction converting point of the piston. The reverse rotation preventive device prevents the piston slap.
