PURPOSE: A door and an electric oven comprising the same are provided to open and close the cooking chamber selectively, thereby preventing heat transfer from the inside of the cooking chamber to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A door for opening and closing the cavity of an electric oven comprises a door panel(10), a door frame(30), a first heat insulation plate(60), second heat insulation plates(5,7), and a fixing member. The first heat insulation plate is equipped between the door panel and the door frame. The second heat insulation plates are equipped between the door panel and the first heat insulation plate. The fixing member fixes the door frame on the first and the second heat insulation plates.
