BIO-SILICA CHIP USING SILICA BINDING PROTEIN AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A bio-silica chip using silica conjugated protein and manufacturing method thereof without complex probing protein purifying process are provided. CONSTITUTION: A bio-silica chip contains a fusion protein of silica conjugated protein and probe protein in a chip containing a silica layer. A method for manufacturing the bio-silica chip comprises: a step of culturing a recombinant microorganism to express the fusion protein; and a step of collecting expressed fusion protein and fixing the silica layer on a chip.
