PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing damper wing and the damper wing manufactured thereby are provided to effectively produce the damper wing through automatic production method. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a damper wing comprises: a step of sequencially forming steel and cutting; a step of placing an upper steel of the steel side by side; a step of forming the upper steer and lower steel at the same time; a step of convexly forming the upper steel and lower steel upward and downward, respectively; and a step of cutting the upper steel and lower steel in specific length.
