PURPOSE: A platform apparatus for MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) is provided to prevent the unnecessary data exchange between a MIMO demodulation block and a modem block. CONSTITUTION: A platform apparatus for MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) comprises an FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) module(302), a first DSP(Digital Signal Processor) module, a second DSP module and a main control module(306). The FPGA module filters the data received through plural antennas and modulates the MIMO. The first DSP module is connected to the FPGA module in parallel and decodes the modulated data. The second DSP module is also connected to the FPGA module in parallel and performs at least one of channel estimation, channel compensation, SNR process and CINR(Carrier-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio) measurement. The main control module is connected to the first DSP module, and controls the FPGA module and the first and second DSP modules.
