CONSTITUTION: A system for serving a terminal platform support service includes: a user terminal(100) for technical support product, and a service device(200) for technically supporting a terminal platform. The user terminal enables a user to retrieve and purchase a technical support ticket product through the connection to a wired/wireless communication network(102). The service device manages a technical support ticket based on user information.
