PURPOSE: A high-efficient lamp for preventing the scattered reflection is provided to increase the efficiency of the lamp by discharging the heat, generated from the lamp, to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A high-efficient lamp for preventing the scattered reflection comprises a case(20), an installation bar(30), a lamp(40), a reflector(50), a scattered reflection preventing unit(60), a stabilizer and a radiating unit. The installation bar is equipped in the rear of the case. The lamp is connected to the installation bar. The reflector is positioned at an upper part of the lamp to reflect the light of the lamp. The scattered reflection preventing unit is arranged to a lower part of the case to adjust the direction of the light of the lamp.
