<p>PURPOSE: An open-loop spatial multiplexing method for a 4Tx system with rank adaptation is provided to reduce the complexity of a wireless mobile communication system according to the number of pre-coding matrixes based on phase transition. CONSTITUTION: An open-loop spatial multiplexing method for a 4Tx system with rank adaptation performs pre-coding for subcarriers or virtual resources by using a phase transition based matrix. The phase transition based matrix is configured in unitary sparse matrix, and a code book configured in pre-coding matrix has 4 pre-coding matrixes W2(i) for rank 2, wherein i=0,1,2,3. The code book configured in pre-coding matrix has 4 pre-coding matrixes W3(i) for rank 3, wherein i=0,1,2,3. The code book configured in pre-coding matrix has 4 pre-coding matrixes W4 for rank 4, wherein i=0,1,2,3.</p> |
