PRIMERS FOR SIMULTANEOUS DETECTION OF FOODBORNE PATHOGENS AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A primer for detecting a pathogen of food poisoning is provided prevent the contamination of the pathogen and use for the effective prevention of the food poisoning. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide comprises sequence which is selected among a group of the sequence number 1 to 8. A pair of primer comprises the polynucleotide and a polynucleotide having a sequence of the sequence number 9. A method for detecting a pathogen which causes food poisoning comprises; a step of isolating genome DNA from a sample; a step of performing PCR using the DNA as a template; and a step of separating PCR products based on the size of DNA.
