PURPOSE: An image processing/measuring apparatus is provided to obtain data about an image by photographing the inside diameter, external diameter or thickness of a minute pipe and calculate the dimensions through a software program embedded in a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION: An image processing/measuring apparatus comprises an input/output switch part(10), a computer operation unit(20), a illumination control part(40), an image sensor, an optical magnification lens unit and an LED or LCD information display part. The input/output switch part inputs a start signal for measuring the length through a joystick switch manipulation and an end signal. A computer operation unit has a software program for computing a signal inputted from the input/output switch part and preset data. The illumination control part provides the illumination by a lamp(41) to a measured object(30) under the control of the computer operation unit.
