PURPOSE: A structure of an oil pressure breaker for a heavy duty apparatus is provided to improve durability thereof by preparing a shock-preventing member at a contraction unit of a body the contacts a narrow unit of a piston. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an oil pressure breaker for a heavy duty apparatus includes a body(1) and a chisel. A piston(10) is installed at the body, and an oil pressure breaker(3) and a contraction unit(15) are prepared in an inner circle plane of the body. The contraction unit has an inclined plane at the inner circle plane of the body, and the chisel is inserted into the lower portion of the body and contacts with the lower portion of the piston. The piston has a narrow portion(12) that is inclined at a narrow angle and has a diameter getting narrow.
