PURPOSE: An assist device for spinal implant is provided to join an auxiliary screw spike inserted into a bone lengthening and a rod fixed at the spine easily without accurate alignment. CONSTITUTION: An assist device for spinal implant is composed of a connection part(120), a head unit(110), an anchoring bolt(118), and a nut(130). A connection shaft(122) of a bar shape and a ball are formed on a connection part. The ball is formed on one end of the connection shaft, and a method of manufacturing the head unit is comprised of the step: a rod insertion hole(114) for inserting the rod fixed at a pedicle is formed at the center of the body(112); an anchoring bolt insertion hole(115) exposing the rod insertion hole in vertical direction to the rod insertion hole is formed at the one side of the body; and a screw part(116) is formed at the lower part of the body.
