The saddle has a rigid seat (1) for a rider, and a number of support elements (7, 8) placed on either side of a center (5) of the seat, where the support elements are connected by connecting elements. The connecting elements separately fixes a distance between each support element over the seat, where each connecting element is formed by a resilient arm (6) between each support element and the seat. Each resilient arm extends in a direction transverse to the length of the saddle and around the center of the seat.
