PURPOSE: A thin film structure of a lens molding core having a reinforcing layer with extended lifetime and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase an operating rate of a molding device, thereby improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a thin film structure of a lens molding core having a reinforcing layer comprises the following steps of: forming a first buffer layer containing titanium nitride(TiN) on the surface of a molding core base substrate(S120); forming a reinforcing layer containing titanium aluminium nitride(TiAlN) on the first buffer layer(S130); forming a second buffer layer on the reinforcing layer(S140); and forming a working layer with heterogeneity to a glass lens on the second buffer layer(S150).
