SYSTEM OF PROVIDING ADVERTISEMENT CONNECTED WITH LOCAL ZONE IN WHICH USER ACCESS BY USING IP ADDRESS AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing local advertisement using IP address are provided to predict more accurate connection region of the user by creating a database using only the data in which the name of the person who receives a delivered product is the same as the authorized user name. CONSTITUTION: A system for providing local advertisement using IP address comprises an IP information collecting part(122), an IP address database(130), an advertisement database(150), a region search part(162), a local advertisement inquiring part(164), and a local advertisement providing part(166). The IP information collecting part collects the IP(Internet Protocol) address of the user which connects to a website. The IP address database groups the IP addresses having the same part indicating region and stores the region represented by the IP address of each group. The advertisement database stores the advertisement provided to the user terminal and local advertisement of the specific area where the advertizing object is provided. The region search part searches the group in which the IP address of the user from the IP address database and investigates the region from where the user connects. The local advertisement inquiring part inquires the local advertisement corresponding to the user access region from the advertisement database. The local advertisement providing part provides the local advertisement inquired from the local advertisement inquiring part to the user terminal.
