SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR POLISHING A METAL TAPE SURFACE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for polishing a metal tape are provided to manufacture a uniform metal tape some kilometers in length without pitting, dust, foreign substances on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed metal tape polishing system(10) includes an unwinding unit(100), a polishing unit(300), a post processing cleaning unit(400), and a winding unit(500). The unwinding unit supplies a metal tape(20) to be polished. The polishing unit polishes the surface of the metal tape supplied from the unwinding unit. The post processing cleaning unit washes the surface of the polishing-completed metal tape. The winding unit rolls the cleaning-finished metal tape.
