PURPOSE: A muscular power measuring device and a measurement method thereof are provided to make the accurate measurement of the muscular strength of the human possible. CONSTITUTION: A muscular power measuring device(100) includes a pressing member(130), a measurement unit and a supporting bar(110). The pressing member is formed in a pocket type to receive an object(200). The measurement unit is closely installed to an upper part of the pressing member to measure the muscular power of the object applied to the pressing member. The measurement unit comprises a sensing plate(140) and a measuring sensor. The sensing plate is installed on an upper part of the pressing member.
