PURPOSE: A resin composition for LED lens and LED lens using the same are provided to obtain more mild brightness by relieving glare phenomenon due to a high brightness white light-emitting diode illumination. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for LED lens comprises: 50~99 weight% of one kind of heat resistant transparent matrix resin selected from a silicon resin, polymethyl pentene resin, polyether sulfon resin, polyether imide resin, polyarylate resin, and polymethyl methacylate resin; 0.8~30 weight% of fluorescent substance for color illumination conversion; and 0.2~20 weight% of light diffusing beads with 0.2~30μm average particle diameter.
