A method for preparing the matured Helianthus tuberosus Linne, and the matured Helianthus tuberosus Linne prepared by the method are provided to obtain the synergistic effect of Helianthus tuberosus Linne and Artemisia princeps Pamp. by using the juice of Artemisia princeps Pamp. A method for preparing the matured Helianthus tuberosus Linne comprises the steps of fermentation maturing Artemisia princeps Pamp. to prepare the juice of Artemisia princeps Pamp.; washing the Helianthus tuberosus Linne of 2 years or more, putting it in a pot, adding the juice of Artemisia princeps Pamp. to it so as to soak the Helianthus tuberosus Linne, and fermenting it at 14~20°C for 2-3 months; and maturing it at 1~8°C for 10 months or more. |
