A music reproducing system includes a musical instrument (20) for reproducing a music tune on the basis of the MIDI music data, a sound reproducer (10) for reproducing a music tune and/ or narration from audio data codes and a server computer (30) for distributing programs, MIDI files and audio files to the musical instrument (20) and sound reproducer (10), and a program contains plural music tunes and narration; while a program is being reproduced in collaboration between the musical instrument (20) and the sound reproducer (10), the audio data codes are converted to an audio signal expressing the narration through the sound reproducer (20), and the music tunes are reproduced on the basis of the MIDI files through the musical instrument (20); and the duration data codes of audio file are supplied to the musical instrument (20) so as to make the musical instrument (20) and the sound reproducer (10) synchronized with each other.
