FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for complete change of overhanging rolls of bar-straightening machine with vertical disposition of its axis. Device contains trolley, mounted with ability of displacement from cdrive in the direction; perpendicular to longitudinal axis of machine. On trolley there are located positioning elements in amount, corresponding number of changed rollers with ability of simultaneous installation of it co-axial to machine rollers, elevating platform, machinery for twisting and curling of screw fixing of rollers, claws, mounted with ability of interaction with circular groove of rollers, and also scaffolding for storing of changeable complete of rollers. Positioning facilities are implemented in the form of claws, rigidly mounted on elevating platform with ability of putting in to circular groove of roller at horizontal trolley path with low position of platform, and mechanisms for twisting and curling of screw fixing of rollers are mounted directly on elevating platform in cavity, formed by claws. ^ EFFECT: simplicity of construction, ability of rollers change with bevel connection, exact positioning, increasing of maintainability of the device. ^ 4 cl, 8 dwg |
