FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes pre-casting of separate links of chain, assemblage of chain from consumable patterns of intermediate members, consisting of two parts, early casted links of chain by means of installation of consumable patterns of intermediate members on beams-intakes of collector in moulding-container. Consumable patterns of intermediate members are installed on beams-intakes of collector by means of fixation of vertical cylindrical feeders, each of which is implemented co-axial to diametral axis of its consumable pattern, into vertical openings of beams-intakes of collector on-the-mitre in radial plane of pattern. Consumable patterns of intermediate members are installed on beams-intakes of collector on-the-mitre from 0 up to 360. ^ EFFECT: refinement of received chains and diversification of chains, with keeping of mixtures quality. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
