摘要 FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic synthesis, particularly to a method of obtaining 1,3,5-dithiazinane containing compounds, which can be used as sorbents, biologically active substances etc. Description is given of a method of obtaining 1,3,5-dithiazinane containing compounds with formula (1), which involves reacting an amino compound, chosen from a group comprising n-aminobenzoic acid (anesthesine) ester hydrochloride, -diethylaminoethyl ester hydrochloride of n-aminobenzoic acid (novocaine) and n-aminobenzolsulphacetamide (albucid) with hydrogen sulphide saturated 37% aqueous solution of formaldehyde with molar ratio amino compound : formaldehyde : hydrogen sulphide equal to 1:3:2, in acidic medium at pH 2.5-5.0, at room temperature. Output of 5-(n-ethylcarboxyphenyl)-1,3,5-dithiazinane (1a) - 55%, 5-(n--diethylaminoethylcarboxyphenyl)-1,3,5-dithiazinane (1b) - 79%, 5-(n-sulphacetamidephenyl)-1,3,5-dithiazinane (1c) - 55%. ^ EFFECT: simple method of obtaining new compounds with high regioselectivity. ^ 4 cl, 3 ex
