FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for locking of flywheels of hopper car unloading mechanism drives comprises lock traction bar (1) with fixators and handle, which is hingedly installed in brackets (4, 5), body and brackets (7, 8) with the possibility of horizontal displacement by handle. Thrusts for flywheels 10 are rigidly fixed at ends of fixators. In order to provide for horizontal displacement of lock traction bar during unlocking and locking of flywheels, thrusts that are rigidly fixed to brackets 7 and 8 and body have grooves parallel to traction, under fixators and handle. In case of extreme right horizontal position traction bar is installed with the possibility of its rotation with the help of handle by angle of 95 for fixators withdrawal with thrusts from zones of flywheel rotation. For fixation against horizontal displacement, traction rod (1) is equipped with fixation device. For fixation of lash in position "closed" it has opening and thrust, which is rigidly fixed to its right vertical surface, for interaction with body as its opening reaches coaxiality relative to openings of body, intended for installation of locking-sealing device. ^ EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and reduced number of locking and sealing devices. ^ 2 cl, 9 dwg |
