FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of charge that contains lime, high-aluminous slag of chrome and carbonaceous reducer, its melting in electroarc furnace with post reduction of chrome in melt, discharge, cooling of clinker melt, crushing and grinding of clinker. In order to normalise terms of high-aluminous cement setting due to elimination of oxygen deficit in melt and its decarbonisation, clinker melt, in process of its drain from furnace, is blown into granules by jet of oxygen or dried compressed air, or by their mixture under pressure from 5 to 20 atm. ^ EFFECT: normalisation of high-aluminous cement setting terms due to elimination of oxygen deficit and decarbonisation of clinker melt. ^ 1 tbl
