摘要 FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of indirect heating of objects with electric arc discharge, namely: to devices for generation of plasma, to arc plasmatrons, in particular the ones used in metallurgy to produce spherical powders and granules. Arc plasmatron nozzle comprises metal body with annular cavity for nozzle cooling and heat resistant conic bushing with channel for plasma outlet. Bush is fixed in conic seat. Seat is arranged in nozzle body coaxially with annular cavity. Conic bush is made of material that has heat expansion ratio lower than heat expansion ratio of metal, from which nozzle body is made. Conic bush protrudes from conic seat in body with the possibility of its further deepening in seat during heating in process of diffusion welding of bush to body. ^ EFFECT: invention is aimed at lower labour intensiveness of manufacturing and cost of arc plasmatron nozzle, and also at higher purity of produce made by means of plasma heating by this nozzle. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg
