FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for surgical treatment of flat-cell skin cancer without metastases into regional lymphatic nodes. Into tumor projections Klein solution is introduced over- and subfacially in amount 20 ml. Tumor is dissected by converging cuts with catching of healthy skin at distance 0.2-0.5 cm.
