FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: conveyor comprises lower and upper pan flights and hauling chain with scrapers. Lower pan flight represents a flat surface created by metal sheets with width from 400 mm to 1500 mm, in which scrapers move with double-sided rigid fixation to hauling chains. Hauling chain is made of nonseparable links with length of 5-8 m, which are connected to each other by means of split rings with splinting. Guides are arranged in the form of vertical supports of semicircular section that protect hauling chains against horizontal displacement, with plates rigidly fixed in them - limiters that protect hauling chains against vertical displacement. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of conveyor design. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
