PURPOSE: A method and a device for blinking a brake lamp device embedding an inertia module are provided to blink the brake lamp with red light by applying the inertia sensor when the vehicle is suddenly stopped. CONSTITUTION: An inertia module(2) comprised of an inertia circuit, a blinking circuit and a control circuit is embedded in one side of the brake lamp device. The blinking is implemented when the inertial force with the specific intensity is applied. The continuous lighting is implemented when the inertial force with the specific intensity is not applied. A brake lamp(141,142,143) with a low temperature heating characteristic controlled by the control circuit is reinforced. Components are mutually interlocked with a flash brake lamp(150) including a connection terminal(150a).
