The invention relates to agriculture and textile industry, namely to primary processing of stalks of bast-fiber crops. It can be used in the processes of manufacturing uniform fibers of bast-fiber crops. For manufacturing uniform fibers with low chaff content and increasing output of the processing equipment at the beginning of processing in a layer-forming enriching section a layer of material is thinned, stalks are subjected to breaking, scraping and stretching by means of two pairs of slatted rollers rotating at different speed. Next shaking the fiber mass is performed due to oscillations of vibrating working surface. |
