A cutting and mixing machine comprises a bowl with spiral screws, drives, a bladed roller, a cutter head, put onto the bladed roller by means of a key-and-slot connection and fixed in the axial direction by a fixing screw, onto which curved knives, intermediate plain washers and a clamping nut are mounted. The nut has threaded openings arranged along the end, in which balancing screws are disposed. Each of the balancing screws has a locking head and recess for a screw driver. The balancing screws are arranged in the threaded openings in such a way that the recesses for the screw driver are disposed on the side of the open end of the clamping nut. |
