The invention relates to mining industry, namely to the method of processing the slimes of enrichment of coal from the bunker. A method of processing the slimes of enrichment of coal from the bunker, according to which sampling of slime is carried out over the area of bunker, the samples are investigated by the wet process according to the narrow classes of coarseness, in which amount of carbonic part and its ash content is determined, the average value of ash content at average content of coal in oversize carbon concentrate is calculated, the classes with high ash content are separated by the method of thin classification from the total mass of slimes, the obtained concentrate is dehydrated on a high-frequency screen due to the selection of special mode of vibration, the results of separation of slimes according to the coarseness are united in the classes with high content of carbonic part and classes with high ash contents. The invention provides for increase of the efficiency of the process of processing slimes due to adjustable and controlled separation thereof into the carbonic and silicate components. |
