PURPOSE: A foldable and transportable basketball post is provided, which can move the basketball post regardless of the folded state by independent structure of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A foldable and transportable basketball post comprises a back board, a lift frame, first and second pivot frames, a base frame, and a rotating unit. The back board(100) is equipped on the front of the ring(10). The upper part of first and the second pivot frames(120,130) are hinge-coupled with the middle portion and rear end of the lift frame. In the base frame(140), wheels are equipped on the front and rear. The rotating unit rotates the first and second pivot frames.
