The caisson has two connecting rods (3, 4) emerged from a surface of the box and cast with each other in a concrete of an element of a concrete structure or edifice to be formed. A plastic film (5) has protuberances after casting the concrete for forming the element of the concrete structure or edifice, where the plastic film is made of extruded or thermoform polyethylene. The film is exhaustively positioned at an area extending between stirrup straps constituting the connection rods and carried by the cast concrete to form the element of the concrete structure or the edifice.
