Anti-OX4OL antibodies

Disclosed are anti-OX40L antibodies and, in particular, an anti-OX40L antibody and variants thereof that contains an Fc part derived from human origin, the light chain variable domain defined by SEQ ID NO: 11 or 16 and the heavy chain variable domain defined by SEQ ID NO: 12 and which does not bind complement factor C1q. Further disclosed is the use of the disclosed antibodies for the preparation of a medicament for the prophylaxis and treatment of inflammatory disorders.
