A method for surgical treatment of bilateral compound recurrent inguinal hernia comprises the transverse incision of skin and hypodermic base higher than pubic symphysis, transverse incision of front walls of aponeurotic sheaths of rectus muscle of abdomen, disconnection of rectus muscles, their mobilization from transversal fascia and parietal peritoneum. Farther the mobilization of abdominal oblique and transversal muscles is carried out on the right and on the left from transversal fascia and parietal peritoneum, the spermatic cords are placed on holders, the hernia sacs are isolated and dipped into preperitoneal space, the reticulated implant is fixed to the Cooper’s copula on the right and on the left and along the perimeter of musculoaponeurotic tissue. The reticulated implant is fixed additionally to the periosteum of pubic symphysis and periosteum of ilium on the right and on the left. |
